Initiative of Kiwijs Benelux & AIEUROPE
Alcedo Drones is an initiative of Kiwijs Benelux - which functions as a knowledge centre in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) within the Benelux - and was established from a geopolitical future perspective and the unbalanced geopolitical developments in the world at the moment, where a threat has arisen for Europe, against which we want to be able to offer resistance if necessary in order to safeguard our national security.
Due to these threats and the resulting urgent need from defence for the development and production of domestic high-tech drone equipment for defence purposes, we have therefore decided, as a leading knowledge centre in the field of artificial intelligence, to take the step forward and conduct thorough research into the development of advanced AI-driven drones, whereby we can use and apply our knowledge, expertise and international network in the field of artificial intelligence for the national interest.

The kingfisher symbolizes the importance of calm, clarity and choosing the perfect moment to take action. These powerful characteristics have formed the basis for the unique and powerful designs and effectiveness of the eponymous Aldeco drones, which are an ode to our national symbol and are inspired by the power of the kingfisher. In order to proudly bear its name, we had to incorporate the powerful character traits of this unique creature into the designs and functionality of the ALDECO DRONES.

Artificial intelligence-driven drone technology
The ACLCEDO-RRX67 is capable of recognizing a target and independently aiming at it at the final stage of the flight path. The algorithm switches the drone to automatic flight mode with calculation of decisions on board without operator commands, which eliminates the risk of loss of communication and control due to distance, difficult terrain or operating electronic warfare.
The drone's homing system operates on the basis of a neural network trained by terabytes of video from various equipment, which, according to Stratim, allows the drone to accurately locate artillery, armored vehicles and other vehicles during flight.
